Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. You can cancel your order at any time **before it has been dispatched** from our facility. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, please email sales@pinepad.in immediately with your Order ID.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of **Hygiene products (Sanitary Napkins)** and the perishable nature of **Food items (Masalas & Jaggery)**, we maintain a strict **No-Return/No-Refund** policy once the product has been delivered.

Exceptions for Damaged Goods:

If you receive a product that is damaged or tampered with, we will provide a replacement or refund. To be eligible:

You must report the damage within **24 hours** of delivery.
An unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged package must be shared with us via email.
