Once you place order successfully we will deliver your product 24 to 48 hours and share your Tracking Id. The default courier charge is 50/- to 70/-. It will vary based on the Product your Ordered. If the Product is weight is too high , the courier charge will be vary.
Accidently damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at email@example.com with the details and supporting image(s)/video(s). We consider all such cases individually. Upon receipt of the grievance, we will conduct a full and thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept order-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective, different product(s)) only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled as long as the order has not been handed over to our delivery partner.

Upon cancellation of prepaid orders, a refund of the order amount will be initiated in 24-48 hours and credited to the source account in another 7-10 working days.
